Not another Retro act, The Skip Heller generation takes old forms of music and pushes them to new heights. Finely crafted pop tunes, played to perfection. Simply stated they don't make records like this any more, it's timeless, cocktail without the kitsch.

The Skip Heller Generation is a troupe of seasoned professionals fronted by a remarkable composer, Skip Heller. In a past life in Philadelphia he was a singer songwriter, with strong Rock a Billy roots. Now he's on his way to becoming a Los Angles institution. He's worked with Exotica legends like Les Baxter, Yma Sumac, Robert Drasnin; newcomers like Joey Altruda; and Rock-a-Billy masters like Ray Campi and Sammy Masters. The rest of the band is no slouch either with players likes DJ Bonebreak (Top Jimmy and the Rhythm Pigs, X, amongst a million others) and a host of others. This is a musicians record.
