Hopeless in Gaza, yet one more attempt by a struggling rock band to weather the shit storm of life. Jonas breaks with their background of traditional Minneapolis nonchalance and admits their melodramatic tendencies to the whole world. Finding their own voice, opening themselves up, and allowing their emotions to dictate the music--Jonas draws inspiration from bands like Tool, Led Zeppelin and Smashing Pumpkins, who have embraced the moment as the driving force of their music. As the plot thickens, we find our heros treading water in a sea of retarted sexuality and bad poetry. But aren't we all?
